The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every turn, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location overlooking the Imperial Palace grounds was just brilliant, offering a convenient base for exploring Tokyo. The dining experience was excellent, with great views and a wide assortment of offerings. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay. However, I did find it hard to take the underground from the location, which was a minor inconvenience.
